DESCRIPTION
The SP828/829 devices are CMOS Charge Pump Voltage Inverters that can be implemented in designs requiring a negative voltage from a +5V supply. The SP828/829 devices are ideal for both battery-powered and board level voltage conversion applications with a typical operating current of 50µA for the SP828 and 130µA for the SP829.
