Description:

The OP800 Series device consist of a NPN silicon phototransistor mounted in a hermetcally sealed package. The narrow receiving angle provides excellent on-axis coupling. These devices are 100 tested using infrared light for close correlation with Optek GaAs and GaAIAs emitters. TO-18 package offer high power dissipaton and hostle environment operaton. The base lead is bonded to enable conventonal transistor biasing.
