 Description

The DIO2216 is a high-side voltage output current

shunt monitor that senses the voltage drop across the

shunt at a 1.8 V to 5.5 V common-mode voltage. It is

available in four fixed gains: 25 V/V, 50 V/V, 100 V/V

and 200 V/V.

The DIO2216 has a low maximum offset voltage. The

DIO2216 total output error is as low as ±0.1%, which

greatly improves the accuracy and simplifies the

design of system.

The DIO2216 series is specified over the -40°C to

125°C temperature range and is available in

ultra-small WLCSP-4 package.
