DESCRIPTION

The 74ABT540 high-performance BiCMOS device combines low static and dynamic power dissipation with high speed and high output drive. The 74ABT540 device is an octal inverting buffer that is ideal for driving bus lines. The device features input and outputs on opposite sides of the package to facilitate printed circuit board layout.
